Thread: how to know whether the plan is changed or not

i have requested for change of plan from 500 to 750ul......how to know whether its changed from 500 to 750ul......please help

If you had given the application this month, it will
take effect from 1st March 2009.
You can check "MY Orders" in BSNL usage. portal
bbservice.bsnl.in with your 14digit portalID and PW.\( Hope you got it from Exchange )

You can also check , the speed of Download is not reduced.
If you still get the old speed upto 2 Mbps of Home 500, do not d/l heavily during day time.
For Home 750 as you know the speed is 256Kbps

Check speed at speedtest.net say Mumbai server.

i have given the application on 31st jan......

when i logon to my username and pwd in 10.240.89.199 till today morning it showed home 500....but just now bfore one hr when i checked again its showing 750ul plan....can i assume that my tarrif has been changed???

or will i be billed for the uploads and dwds i do now???

please help me!!!!!!!!

there is no portal id issued for my account......i called up to bsnl service and they told portal id will not be issued for accounts which have been registered long back!!!

u r tarrifplan is changed first u gave applicationon 31 jan so it will effect from 1 feb and now it is also showing on portal that ur having 750 plan third ur speed also decreases

Now if you check in usage portal the usage entries Total will show 0 for each date.
Check summary on top also.
Please confirm.

I am not sure how Unlimited users accounts are recorded.


Since you are on dataone BB with IP 59.xx.xx.xx
no `14digit portal Id needed ( only for IPs 117.xx.xx.xx)

Just like the normal subscribers, their usage is also recorded. But like u mentioned the total chargeable data will always be listed as 0 for them.

yes beacause they are having ul plan so their usage is 0
