I have not looked at the circulars that are attached. But post only those circulars that affect the lives of the community. Something that is old, is certainly not required. And if the same thing is available on the web site, there is no need to paste it here. Just give the information in a textual post and publish the related link.

I would seriously reconsider before posting intranet circulars in public forums. If someone at BSNL decide to be mean then totallyfundu and his friends (who supply him the material) are going to be in real big trouble.. !!

BSNL is already doing it. I just stated what i felt safer for u.

Again you have missed the point. I know that all circulars must be related to BB (though as I said I have not read the circulars in the RAR file).

The point is, are these circulars really useful to our general community? In the past you posted many such circulars which were of not of any interest. So my advice is just don't post a circular because you think that they are important. On the other hand if some query is asked in a thread, and the BSNL circular makes things clear in perspective, do post that. But do not create a new thread for this purpose. Because this creates a disconnect and people wonder what this circular is all about.

letters or circulars that i posted are all useful for our community and also for our friends that are in contact with us because many things not reach to us due to many reason that i dont know . and all thigs are in proper way and if any problem then u r here i will ask u before posting.
