When BSNL 1 mbps home UL will be announced ?

I am heavy downloading user and watch a lot of videos like youtube and lotta more. Airtel broadband is not available in my city. My currently plan is 512 kbps UL.

BSNL lately announced rural broadband plan at cheapest rate. What about Urban plan ?

Please satisfy my question.

"not in the near future"
