i know username or pass is correct cause I myself configured the modem [entered username and password to Router In Router website] , pls help if u can

bsnl portal always causes problems during first week of any month

The portal for newer subscribers is purposefully brought down by BSNL citing billing reasons..

To check BB usage you need portal user id and password and not the user id and password which you have entered to your router, as this is your log in password and user id. portal user id is a alphanumeric user id like abc23456789.

There are many threads on this topic. Hence closing this thread.
