Hi reddyy
can you please provide complete details like OS version, router/modem details
what IP address you are getting on system.
Please uncheck Notify me when this connection has limited or no connectivity option which can be found in the connection properties.

Para two:the error message is obviously incorrect. If that is the case, you might want to disable the error message. To disable the error message, follow these steps.
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type ncpa.cpl, and then press ENTER. The Network Connections dialog box opens.
3. Double-click Local Area Connection, and then click Properties.
4. On the General tab, click to clear the Notify me when this connection has limited or no connectivity check box.
5. Click OK, and then click Close.

You have to uncheck the "obtain an ip address automatically" in TCP/IP address properties of your lan card network connection icon and you have to provide an ip address manually as specified by the BSNL before connecting to your Lan card. In the same way you have to provide the DNS server addresses manually as given to you by BSNL.
