Thread: Broadband usage site not working

Dear all,
I am trying from last one week for usage of my broadband data but unable to open that page?
Is it problem of this site or Only Iam facing this problem?
If I am facing this problem can you suggest me how sholud I get my monthly usage.

But please seach the forum before posting.
This has benn discussed over and over.
The usage detail sites generally remain off-line for the first week of the month for billing purposes.

Its a very common problem so the only thing you can do is only have patience and keep waiting until its back up

AT this particular moment the site is working. but my sgeestion is that you can try both the portal sites i,e bbservice.bsnl.in & BSNL NIB-II PORTAL. the 2nd option, most of the time remains active

Dear, I have already gone through all the post on the forum.
this really cross checks whether the site is working or not.
one user has said that site is working but still I find that site is not working for me.

used 14digit portal Id and password.
Just now accessed the portal.
This portal also page opens.

4. IN IE depends on BSNL portal

5. In Firefox add on DataFox extracts data from
bsnl portal , shown above taskbar, in statusbar.
Can access BSNl portal also.

( THE ONLY add on accepted by Mozilla Foundation for all editions of FireFox )

Many more : google search : Bandwidth meter.

Readings by BSNL portal are official and final.
