if u r a new customer then the url is bbservice.bsnl.in
the last version of DUF is more than 18 months old and the BSNL sites have somewhat modified since then.
I suggest u get the Firefox Add-on "datafox" from here DataFox - A BSNL DataOne & MTNL TriBand bandwidth usage monitor

Is that tool working for u? It may not. The author has stopped support for the original software. Better install datafox for firefox browser.

If your IP is 59.xx.xx.xx and called Dataone BB Old version & new version of DQUF will work.
Normal userID and PW to be entered. .

if your IP is 117.xx.xx.xx you have to enter 14digit (The BB is called BSNL Broadband.)
portal ID and password and try.
New tariff plans/concession to govt employees etc
may not be reflected. ( also 20% discount to New users till May 2009 etc or reduced tariff in Calcutta circle)
The author is active now and hope he will upgrade his
    program.
