Thread: Slow Torrent

I am used to download movies and softwares but for two weeks it is very slow
slow means really slow today in 3hr i downloaded only 64mb and uploaded 189mb, I limited my upload rate to 50. What is the reason for this it is very slow for me every day. I forwarded my port for torrent still it is slow .

Upload rate at 50 kBps? Great!!!

Try setting it at 6 kBps. BSNL is an ADSL connection. The upload speed and the download speed are related especially with respect to torrents. If u maximize the upload speed, your download speed will be affected and vice versa.

Also u can try getting into some private trackers, which gives u high speed downloads.

Lots of thread is still present in same problem please check other thread also I will recommend try to download high seed & peer available torrent then you can get perfect idea about download speed and also use utorrent at least i am getting better speed in utorrent.

i tried to download files with seeds more than 10000 but.....

sometimes if you have DHCP , your ip address might change incase you have multiple machines at home.. ensure that your port is still open.. use this port scanner Online Port Scanner | Port Scan | Port Scanning | Portscan Tool .. run this port scanner only when torrent client is open
