BSNL broadband not working

    Default BSNL broadband not working

    Hi,

    I've been using braodband for past 4 months. It was working fine until 10 days ago when it stopped working. I'm not able to connect to internet and get an error message- "either user name/password is invalid". I haven't changed username/password. Previously it used to automatically detect the connection. Please advise how to resolve the problem.

    I even visited Ganesh telecom(internet service provider on behalf of BSNL in Roselenad residency, pimple saudagar, pune) around 6-7 times but no one has responded so far.

    Kindly advise. Is there any mail id/phone number to complain to some higher ups in BSNL who can do sth about to resolve problems.

    Please let me know.

    Instead of visiting franchisees, pay a visit to the nearest BSNL internet office. And submit a complaint stating the same. They will reset your connection port and hopefully your issue should be solved.

    Start with the JTO !
    Mention your modem/make/model.
    if you can check settings check Diagnostics page.

    Check in WAN page ID entered without @ bsnl.in
    Confirm Phone is working.

    Check your usage in Usage portal with 14 digit ID and password( in some other connection. )
    Select Change Password and re enter present password.
    Try again.
