I've been using braodband for past 4 months. It was working fine until 10 days ago when it stopped working. I'm not able to connect to internet and get an error message- "either user name/password is invalid". I haven't changed username/password. Previously it used to automatically detect the connection. Please advise how to resolve the problem.
I even visited Ganesh telecom(internet service provider on behalf of BSNL in Roselenad residency, pimple saudagar, pune) around 6-7 times but no one has responded so far.
Kindly advise. Is there any mail id/phone number to complain to some higher ups in BSNL who can do sth about to resolve problems.
