    Try hard resetting the modem. Checkout Reset And Reboot - DD-WRT Wiki for hard reset procedures. Although intended for other routers, it might work in your router too.

    @cognizance

    Try the other two options
    192.168.1.1/main.html admin password ( changed Forgot!)
    ................................... user password
    ................................... support password

    Hope the default PW is "password" !

    Para two: If still unable to access,
    easy/safe(?) FW change AT YOUR OWN RISKpossible.

    @essbebe, By annexures do you mean attachments? Attachment limits are clearly posted in the window that pops up when you wish to attach a file.

    You can load up to eight files per post - at least that is the restriction on pictures.

    OUT OF THREAD

    @just4kix
    Thanks.
    I meant the option "Manage attachments"
    and Storage limit.
    We are limited to 50 (IN/SENT)posts in PM folder.

    Same way, I have almost ( say about 60 pictures)
    3 MB as saved annexures/attached files
    in this forum's server.

    Not advisable to remove any , as it pertains
    to main subject in the post.
    I give the attached files link/s , often in my replies.

    Please advise, whether I should delete the pictures
    or it is done by @admin or @ moderator,
    after a period of time
    or review for spam/junk.

    @cognizance
    Glad to note , you are able to access the
    modem settings.
    It will be helpful, to others facing similar
    problem, if you confirm
    (a)reset the modem used: admin password OK
    (b) tried alternate user ID's suggested.
    (c) any other method.
    Thanks.
