This question is always present in my mind i feel since BSNL broadband started BSNL billing procedure not so logical.specially for limited user this system is totally ridiculous.
point
- 1st BSNL usage charge is so high 1 MB 80 paise or 90 paise that mean for extra 100 mb user have to pay 80 or 90 Rs this charge is similar to a penalty or fine not proper usage charge.Suppose if we consider this usage rate is proper then that mean BSNL provide for Home 250 Rs plan (1024 *0.90) 921.6 Rs or for Home 500 Rs plan (2560* 0.80) 2048 Rs(only in day time) free usage. is it possible for BSNL if usage rates really so high ?
Give your own opinion
- Now in any 2 mbps limited user connection according to BSNL billing system one user can make billed almost 3 lakhs 90 Rs(in ideal case for H500 user) i think this is also the strange mathematical calculating system. Now my major point is some H250,H500 users are getting 40000 Rs bill some one is getting 50000 Rs bill in broadband is it also justified ? Is it fine or usage charge ? suppose if ever BSNL announce 2 mbps UL plan how much they can charge not more than 8000-10000 Rs in month maximum (because BSNL 512 kbps UL is 1350 Rs) then how can any single user of 2 mbps plan charge 50000 Rs or even 60000 Rs ?.Either they should block the user access after certain amount of usage like 5000 Rs or 10000 Rs usage charge (not more than that because they all know very rare 500 Rs rent user can able to give 40000 Rs or 50000 Rs) or they set maximum ultimate money like 12000 or 15000 Rs if any user cross all limit then also his/her bill will not exceed that value because BSNL should not charge such huge money like 50000 Rs in 2 mbps connection how much any one download that does not matter.
