Thread: Downloading torrents from 2am to 8am

i'm a heavy torrent downloader and uploader(seeder) on all my private trackers.But its really annoying to get up at night at 2am.
So does anyone know a method to automatically download the torrents of my choice without me getting up.(i also dont want to keep my pc on from before say like 10p.m or sumthin.)Please provide me some solution!!!!!!!

How have u configured your connection? Bridged or pppoe mode? Do u dial out the connection or do u just switch on the modem to get connected?

BTW plenty of threads exist for the same query, search and u may find them..

i found only the rss guide which i dont want.i want movies,appz and different torrents not tv shows!!!

Are u sure u checked out Broadband How to In there u can find the topics as sticky in the beginning of the section. Please go through them.

if you still have problems.. please post modem model no.. and mention whether you are in bridged mode or ppoe mode..

bridged mode- you use a windows dialer to connect to the internet
ppoe mode - your internet works as soon as you switch on your modem..

Hey i find Advanced Task Scheduler is the best option to connect the net at 2:00AM. You can sleep at night and it will work for you. (Switch off your monitor to save electricity and keep run the machine)

this is insane why BSNL doing this every isp starts night usage from 10pm this shows how strong bsnl isp backbone is.

Well the intelligent few amongst Indians get to taste the insane speeds during the free time. The others crib about the timings and switch to other ISPs.
