Thread: Help on ZTE Zxdsl 831AII

I have the ZTE Zxdsl 831AII modem, my default password to access 192.168.1.1 has been changed, don't know how, the default user/pass was: admin/admin

Now I am not able to access it, can someone help!!

Did u try resetting the router? It can be done so by inserting a pin into the reset pin-hole and keeping it pressed for 10 secs.

After resetting try accessing the 192.168.1.1 page again. It should work.

Recently i came across Reset And Reboot - DD-WRT Wiki which explains the procedure for a hard reset of the router. Although meant for other routers, it might work fine for BSNL modems/routers too..
