Thread: can consumer court help against BSNL?

I am using a home 750UL Unlimited plan. (please dont repeat my mistake). I think i get better speed when i access through GPRS phone.

anyway, as they tell me that the connection will be 256KBPS and i only get a maximum of 30KBPS, can i complain to consumer court and will it produce any results.

how do i go about the process of complaining. please share the procedure, and i am willing to do it as i have plenty of free time on my hand. (i am a resident of begusarai- in bihar)

there is a difference between KB/s and kbps..30KB/s for a 256kbps connection is perfect!!! go to Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test and post your results here..

Ideally u should be getting 32 kB/s for a 256kbps connection. Notice the B and the b. So 30 kBps is just great !!
