    Default Disconect of net

    My connection disconect after few minutes say 15-20, and then i have to reboot the computer then only i can connet net again and same is disconect after 15-20 minutes. Help.

    are you connected via USB??ppoe or bridged mode?

    plz do a bit of searching in the broadband sections of the forum. this issue is a bit tricky and have been discussed in details at many places ..

    @rashmient
    Please give the following details.
    1.The modem/router you are using.
    2.Whether "Dialup" mode or "Always On''
    3.Whether computer freezes or modem disconnects.
    4.The resident applications appearing in your TaskBar.
    5. The OS used .If XP whether updated to sp3 ?

    6. Download ccleaner from filehippo.com
    and use it regularly. ( may not solve the problem
    immediately !)
