Yes this is possible. BSNL is a government service so if they think about people for giving the UL 2Mbps then they should set the tariff to Rs 500 Permonth. Because this price is almost affordable for all user. If the government think about this they can set this price, this is not impossible for them and about the UL 8Mbps the tariff shoudbe set to Rs 1500 to 1800. This price affordable for middle class user. So we expect this service from GOVT.

I have a server in france, This is UL 100/100Mbps and I am giving the money Rs 2000 to 2400 permonth.

In Germany, they are offering a 16Mbps connection for 30euros
    (approx rs.2000)
So, it's fair enough to think of a 4Mbps unlimited plan atleast for rs.500...........
The Asia average is 5.1 Mbps( majority of the good work in Japan).........

    For Rs 500 BSNL Gives

2.5 GB Data and 6 hours unlimited use.

Multiplying this by 4 you get 10 GB data and 24 hours unlimited use.

Therefore the tariff for 24 hour unlimited use at 2 mbps should be

Rs. 2000 - cost of 10 GB data. ( Here you can calculate how much time is required to download 10 GB data with 2 mbps)

Finally I think that the tariff for 2 mbps unlimited should br maximum Rs. 1500 pm

Is it logical ? What do you say ?

^ yes its very logical. I also agree with the pricing.

    1500+tax for 2mbps
    3000+tax for 4mbps
    4500+tax for 1MBps

The price that Airtel is charging, Airtel should provide unlimited usage at the price. That is what I feel.
