    That would make sense. A 2MBps(16mbps) connection would work great for medium sized offices. I don't think home users in general would want those speeds.

    My previous employers were using a 2mbps unlimited static ip BSNL connection (mainly to serve the citrix platform) and that was very expensive for them.
