Thread: BSNL is WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE

Hi i am parminder singh having bsnl - jalandhar city punjab i applied for icontrol ip tv on 10 jan 2009 and filled all required detail forms. But till now ipcontrol service is not been installed i have been told that it will be done with in 3 weeks from the time of application, i called 1957 (local code for internet information) around each day from feb 1 2009 but no one is taking their work serious except SDO (JAL CANTT) (who is on some out duty or not available in town) they always blame each other and use to give a phone number of any senior, and you know those senior just pick ur phone for once and then they never pick ur phone again, and i am providing you all the numbers i called

i am fed up from them all and today want to file a complaint against them is court. Please provide me the procedure and fees structure.

Before u can go running to the court, u need to lodge a formal written complaint with BSNL.
Also remember that IPTV service is not provided by BSNL themselves but by a third party.

Yes please try contacting the Nodal Officer or the Appellate Authority of BSNL in your state before making formal complaint. Why does BSNL always take the fall just because some officers are unworthy of their positions?

well, worst is yet to come!
Take my Advise, don't go for IPTV service. simply refuse and take your money back
see, if you have so much problem with installation, just imagine how much you trouble can get when this service is activated!

Agree, we view BSNL as one single entity, if one person does not do his/her job then the whole organization is branded incompetent just like the police or any other government organization. And these unworthy people will still keep positions unless we complain to the higher authorities.

Tuffboy make sure you have done all the necessary complaining before you goto court. On a personal leve I have had very good exprience with BSNL so it has been a undeserving or lazy employee who is doing the damage to you.
