    1.Try to use different browser
like Firefox,Opera and try to install it again if you already install.

    2.Change openDNS option and use
    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220

3.Scan pc for adware, spyware and virus.

Try opening using Mozilla Firefox its good

If no website is opening at all then there's a high probability that the DNZ servers are missing in your connection

    Follow what rupu1983 has said

    @shefali
If you give the modem/router model/make
    we can give suggestions.
when i try to see usage from portal, i got messege that " please enable cookie in your browse."...
If you accessed the login page of BSNL usage portal,
    bbservice.bsnl.in
appears your modem set up is OK and needs minor changes. .
    But when you say
I can not open any website
    it is confusing.

Please give following information ( along with modem details) as well as Browser used.

START RUN type cmd Type ipconfig /all
