PLEASE HLEP I BROUGHT LINKSYS G WIRELESSS ROUTER WRT54G2 BECAUSE THE BSNL ROUTER STARTED RSETTING ITSLF:38:, IT HAS PHONE PORT, I DONT IT HAS A MODEM OR NOT I THINK IT HAS THIS S WHAT NET SAYS ,HOW TO CONFIGURE SINGLY, I TRIED T WITH WIZRDNOT ABLE TOO

See this diagram.

First check you get connected to Internet with BSNL modem. DNA A211 type.

Disconnect RJ45 from DNA A211 and connect to this unit internet Port.
Then another RJ45 from LAN1 to computer ethernet port.

Ensure Internet connection is working.
Then try for WIFI set up.
( if using single computer disconnect rj45 from same )

The above router in question WAG54G2 is an ADSL2+ enabled router which can also act as a gateway. How do u want to configure your connection? Bridged mode or pppoe mode?

Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router (WRT54G2) is the model i tried config at last i get no net connect s iam in doubt whether it has modem or not.

Confirm your BSNL modem Device status is as shown.Fig 1
Confirm The correct Model number of your Linksy's unit.
If WRT54GT2 you cannot use it directly to connect to
Internet
