Thread: plan changing.

my friend took a bsnl unlimited plan 750, last november.he paid rs7000 for one year.but now the tarrif is only 500rs.so will he get the price cut.
he was unaware of the differance in speed for unlimited and night unlimited plans.now he wants to change to the 500rs night unlimited plan.is that possible?

The tariff of UL plan has been temporarily changed to 500/- and that too in calcutta circle only. Regarding the price cut, he can discuss it with his accounts officer. Yes he can migrate to the night UL plans anytime he wants to. Just submit a request in the nearby exchange for the plan change.

As per info given in latest telephone bills
all change of Tariff Plans for Broadband will be effected ONLY
on the FIRST of the month ( Example you APPLY for a change
on 2nd March it will be effected only on 1st APRIL.)


Always check usage portal, to check , if by any chance
the plan has been changed midway or immediately
before attempting heavy downloads).
