If you don't pay the bills at the proper time, they will and are bound to de-activate the service [ First BB and then B-fone].

Every month you will receive your monthly bill + your previous bill + Tax levied + hidden charges, which by all means a huge amount on your head, further more you will be levied under Indian telephone Act and will be liable under court's law and jurisdiction.

Contact the customer service department or if you know any person who works at BSNL about what to do further regarding this case.

You are nothing but a thief if you say that you have used a service and now refusing to pay for it. If there is a problem with billing, you suspect misuse, theft by someone else, etc., then make a written complaint.

    Otherwise pay the bill.
