Hi,
I had applied for new BSNL landline + broadband connection recently in Bangalore (RT Nagar). BSNL had installed the telephone set a month back and they gave the telephone number as well. But since the time of installation landline is not working. I was contineousy following up with BSNL office but ultimately no action has been taken from them. Further when I try to log the complaint thru their IVRS and in their website, it appears as cable fault. It is more than a month BSNL is not taking any action on this. Can any one please give me the contact number of higher officials in BSNL Bangalore office who can take immediate action on this.
