    During normal hours the maximum speeds I get are around 60 KB/s for download and 35 KB/s for upload.

    In my experience during 2 am - 8 am period the speed becomes unreliable and generally slows down.

    U r completely right since I used to be 1350 home UL user for 3 months. The speed becomes very slow during night. I am fed up with such plan. Also I used 500 C+ plan too for 3 months but it ruined my health by waking the whole night. Now I completely disconnected BSNL Broadband due to some reasons. We will see if BSNL announces 1 mbps UL for Home Users @ reliable rates in April. If not, Because of My lucky for living in Punjab, I will subscribe 1 Mbps UL home(300 kbps Minimum upto 1 Mbps) @ Rs. 1100/- from "CONNECT" braodband Company(Only for Punjab). I was stupid that I did not notice about Connect before.

    @users who are going with UL1350plan
    I think for what i've heard that plan is good and gives you enough speed to atleast watch the youtube videos itch and kirk free xD and you should get around 60kB/s which is reasonably good!

    @scorpio
    rs 1100/- for 1Mbps is damn cheap, but how is there after sales service?? CONNECT broadband havent heard of it!

    Thumbs up

    1350 plan is just fantastic for me i download 6 movies per day(24hrs) from torrents and about that speed issue during night...well i dont see any speed difference in night because usually i restart torrent at night from 10.30pm and when i wake up at 6.30 i see that around 1.5gb has been downloaded which means the avg speed all through the night is around 56kBps.

    it says min 300kbps.. they dont guarantee 1mbps.. so could be around 500-600kbps .. so similar to bsnl 1350UL

    That's Great. Don't know when we will get this in Rajasthan.
    I am using 750+ UL and waiting for at least 1 Mbps UL plan at approx Rs 900 - 1000, coz I am running a website and need more speed to run it
    Will it be possible, It can be possible coz if connect is giving then BSNL can

    But in Bsnl 500 plan I can get 150-180 Kilobytes/s during night and this plan too from 256 kilobits upto 2 megabits. So in Connect 1100 plan I can get around 75-90 Kilobytes per second which is OK to watch high quality youtube video without waiting buffer. I also heard that from Connect Users in my local. They say Connect is better than BSNL.

    In BSNL 1350 plan, i can get only around 45-55 kilobytes/s. I have had that experience for 3 months. I used to be 1350 UL and 500 C+ home plan user.

    dont worry mate it will be launched soon may in just 5-10 years.... LOL

    these people are not giving 256kbps plan itself with a reliable connection, even though they launch it as i have heard by june'09 they are thinking of launching 1mbps ul plan for approx 1500 RS (not confirmed) so lets hope for the best

    In my home 500 C I am able to d/l 1.84 gb (free software and legal anywhere in this world) in a single night. I never tried movies and all as I don't require them (almost all are illegal ones). Though I downloaded the software in 3 days (4.6 gb) I am satisfied with the speed of BSNL.
