Do you have a premium account with rapidshare. If not then there aren't that many options as their is a time period for which you have to wait between downloads when you dl as a free user. Also you cannot use download accelerators as a free user.
You can try the rapidshare manager available on the rapidshare.com website. Its available under the rapidshare tools link. I am not sure if that will work though for free users (i haven't used it)
If you have a premium account then u can use any download accelerator (flashget/getright etc). They have a feature for scheduling your downloads and you can download multiple files simultaneously. I personally use flashget. But one thing you need to know is that the the number of bytes downloaded using download accelerators may not match the actual file size of the file you download as they take multiple connections for the same file. This can be managed by downloading the files using a single stream (even in this case you will end up downloading about 50 bytes more for a 100 MB file). Since there is a limit (in bytes) to the amount of downloads you can do from rapidshare this point becomes very important. For this also you can try and use the rapidshare manager i have mentioned above. I have not used that but i think it should optimise the download size for you.
I hope this helps

Ciao for now
