Thread: Can I change plan online???

I'm running UL750 ... with speed
so ..am shifting to UL 1350...can I do it online??

As of today BSNL does not support online plan changes. U will have to do it manually by submitting an application for the same in your nearest telephone exchange.

Also plan changes will be effected ONLY from 1st of the month following the month you apply.
For instance if you apply today 26th Feb, plan
may be changed on 1st March 2009.
