Thread: bill of bsnl broadband

Hi friends, i have have taken bb connection in month of sept 2008 of 250 plan and again changed my plan to 500c in dec.2008 but till now i never got my bill for broadband while i got regularly the bill of my phone connec. and extra usage of bb.Does bsnl will send me bill for broadband If yes then What do you think when i am going 2 billed for bb.

I think you have choice the Annual payment option of BSNL BB or if you did not choice it then also the did consider your BB connection as annual payment scheme by mistake.So what you said that you got the connection in Sep,08 so they will charge you probably after this September,09.

check usage in Portal. ( six months data may be available) with 14 difgit portal id and PW.

they charge in the beginning itself.
perhaps the papers have not reached the Telecom billing section yet. He could reach the CS cell covering his area and check up with the staff.Generally the telephone number of the accounts offcier would be printed on the bill for contact purpose. . Once the amounts bulge, it would be psycologically a problem to pay bulky amounts. better to hammer now itself.

The annual payment get him a benefit of 10 months rent for 12 months usage. It is implementable from say Appril09 even if he pays today. till end of this month (March) he needs to pay at normal rate only.

I have the same problem.
I am using 500 c and no bills from last three months...........
