500 for bb and phone rent ( if applicable )and tax
totally approx 650 Rs you may get minimum
as you are Home 500 C+ plan that mean you are in combo plan so no extra phone rental will be apply to you only extra call charge and extra usage charge will be apply on you that mean you are getting in this plan 2.5 GB free usage(during day time) and 50 free calls if you cross the limit then 1 MB 0.80 Rs and extra call charge will be apply to you.
Otherwise your fixed charge is
HOME C+ Combo rental 600 Rs
Total with adding service tax, education tax 675.Rs approximately
From this month service tax reduce to 10 % that why it will be 660 Rs

Assuming that
a) You do not exceed the Broadband Usage limit of 2.5 GB (Home 500 C+ plan)
b) you make no voice calls or your voice calls stay below 50
Then BSNL will charge you Rs. 600 + service tax + education cess on Service Tax. This comes to:
BB Charges = Rs. 600.00
Service Tax (10%) = Rs. 60.00
Education Cess on Service Tax (3%) = Rs. 1.80
----------------------------------------------
Total = Rs. 661.80
