Thread: BSNL Broadband Disconnects Repeatedly

Hi All

I am Dr Kukreja from Ahmedabad

I have BSNL Broadband and Mt841 Huwaei Modem

I am using wireless and wired internet both from the modem

The problem I face in many times in the day , the activity on the net stops all of a sudden , then I have to restart the modem twice or thrice and it starts again

In wired internet the activity somtimes goes off and comes back all by itself

Sometimes I have to refresh and renew the IP

Is there any solution to the above three issues ?

At first check the SNR value if it is low (upstream & downstream) then also you would face same problem.Please mention the SNR value.
To check type on browser
http://192.168.1.1/
If SNR is low the called the local exchange the can perfect your line.
