I would like to know how to setup webserver at home using BSNL data one (NOKIA Siemens Networks C2110)

First, you will need to subscribe to a plan that offers static IP.
Next, you can install a server that runs any Web Server such as IIS, Apache/Tomcat, or any such.
Finally, you will have to forward port 80 on your server on to the internet. This setting will have to be done in your C2110 modem.
