    Default Bandwidth limiter

Please suggest me a bandwidth limiter to reduce the speed during the day time to avoid the over usage.

Use DU Meter. That will report bandwidth usage.

Avoid watching/listening streaming video, audio (YouTube, etc.) and do not download files during the day. Use Firefox browser and use add on's such as adblock plus, flash block, etc.

Best way to control usage - stop using internet all day long.

    Default bandwidth limiter

1.The idea is to block pictures/videos flash Jscript etc , to reduce d/l of ,often seen web sites.
2.For instance I don't see avatars or signatures and advt/s
    in this forum pages.
Can unselect filter to see if needed.

3.Use FireFox browser with add on Adblock plus & flash block.
(also download IETAB and IElite to switch to IE if needed )
    Or
4.Opera browser with some option/s to see cached images etc.

    5. Check usage with Shaplus 1.3 .
