I had request a BSNL connection with broadband through online registration
I was assuming it won't work and after few days, two guys kept calling me to give a connection. They came to my house installed everything and went saying they will give modem after one week as the modem's are out of stock. I paid a bribe for their responsive action within short time
And even after 6 months they never turned out.... and in vain, I stopped paying my bills too...... Now I don't have a connection BSNL landline not working and internet connection also((
As of today I cleared all the bills, and logged a complaint online...But I am not sure they will react for any of my complaints. One week is over and no response.....Are there any other ways, of complaining to them.
Can someone give me the set of links through which i can lodge complaint in Bangalore
I had visited bangaloretelecom.com and found no use...
Can I send emails to their higher officials like AE so that corrective action is taken
