Hi folks, I gave an application for change of bsnl broadband plan from 500C to 750 Plus Unlimited in Feb. When I ask bsnl customer care or call at local customer care centre they say that the plan has been changed to 750 + from 1st March .
However, when I check on bsnl dataone portal, it still shows my plan as 500 Combo. Further when I check the broadband speed at speedtest.dataone.in:83/bandwidthmeter , it comes out to be 1.6 Mbps.
So, is there any method where I can see it at bsnl site whether my request has been accepted and new plan activated or not because customer care guys say that plan has been activated , but I want to be absolutely sure so that I don't get a huge bill at the end.
Is there some email contact where I can ask this ? I want a written proof that my plan is 750+ unlimited.
