    Arrow Bill of my broadband

    Hi friends, i have have taken bb connection in month of sept 2008 of 250 plan and again changed my plan to 500c in dec.2008 but till now i never got my bill for broadband while i got regularly the bill of my phone connec. and extra usage of bb.Does bsnl will send me bill for broadband If yes then What do you think when i am going 2 billed for bb. Is there somebody who is passing or passed through this situation.

    Looks very strange. I don't find such a thing dicussed in this forum so far, nor i have such an experience of my own.

    BB bill is clubbed with the telephone bill. Please talk to the Billing officer of your area immediately.

    yes as said by J4K talk to the accounts officer of BSNL ASAP .....! he will resolve your issue

    Yes obviously contact with Exchange DE or customer care unit probably they made mistake your scheme as yearly scheme or something else.

    But its not my problem thats bsnl's problem. If bsnl dont want 2 take bill then why should i will go 2 resolve this ?????

    If your telephone bill dose not shows your BB charges then this is not your problem. So dont ask them. If in future they want the proof then show your telephone bill. You are the customear of the BSNL if they dont bill you for your BB then this is not your problem and if they ask in future then tell them you dont know about the billing system how they add the BB uges you just tell them you think all is included in the bill because this is not your fault.

    Extra uges of BB only send with telephone bill when the Customers Payment is Annual.

    You have said correctly this is BSNL's own problem but i am thinking when they will realize (may be they will find out their mistake within few month) then suddenly they will charge all of the months rental in any bill and then it's hard for user do deny pay this bill because he/she did not pay the rental.So my point is better find the conclusion at present because we never know what will do BSNL when they realize their mistake.What amount of bill they charge ? may be also that time customer need to do tough fight with them.But it's all my advice because i believe when any user take a BB connection he/she wants to pay as rule and he/she also don't want to face unnecessary problem.

    please post the details of your current bill.
    rental ,call charges , misc charges , taxes etc.

    Also presume you did not pay any advance
    for your BB connection initially.

    Does your BB usage portal show any usage details, either under Home250 or Home 500 ?

    Dear friends! This problem was also occurs with my friend. The situation was like: - After getting Broadband connection my friend was also receiving the telephone bills and not the BB bill. After 2 months BSNL authority start charging only the usage of the broadband and not the rentals. and regularly he was paying the bills. But on the 5th Month he noticed that he could not make calls from his Landline. After lifting the hand set he was getting a IVR message saying that " All out going calls are barred due to non payment of bill, please contact accounts officer'. Then he reached the local office and talked to the local authority. After checking the details, the authority told him that his BB rental was not paid by him so he has to pay the balance with fine to the exchange. Then he show the previous paid bills to the authority and told him that it was not his fault. Then the authority cancel the fine amount but he has tp pay the rentals for those 4-5 months and then his connection was restored
