    Default How to CHECK bsnl OLD BILLS ONLINE

    hi all,

    I have my fathers BSNL phone number and circle is vishakhapatnam. I had successfuly created username and also gave the unique ID and registered the phone number with my user account.

    But I cannot see any old bills ( archive ) from the beginning...
    How can I see even old archived bills online ????

    It is andhra pradesh telecom and circle is vishakapatnam

    if for broadband usage : ( six months data )
    use 14digit alphanumeric usage portal ID and password .
    ( get it from exchange)
    BSNL Portal
    or
    BSNL - Broadband Account Management sometimes may not open.
    Para two:
    BSNL Portal || Value Added Services -- Login Page
    for telephone bills cellphones etc. for online payment.
    I don't think , they post online, details of old telephone bills, for which printed bills have been issued and paid.
    In Chennai telephones we get only a summary.
    no need to log in with user ID password etc. etc.
