    Default doubt with usage?

    on 1st Feb i applied for Home UL 1350, later on Feb 17 i couldn't get connected.....the problem was solved on 2nd of March......later since then my order status was showing Opened on 3rd march, today its showing Future Dated, and my Chargable Units (KB)Excluding Night Unlimited is showing 0

    am i being charged for my downloading? can i continue downloading heavily?

    I think your plan has not been changed and something error they did also in portal so immediately ask BSNL customer care unit and stop heavy downloading for few days.

    Then I think they have changed your plan to 1350 UL but it has not changed in portal site so we never know any time(any of the month in future) BSNL authority can charged you by mistake so better asked them all the matter and obviously asked them why it has not changed in portal ? when it will be changed ? or if it remain same then in future you have any problem or not ?

    Call at the BSNL office, and tell them what exactly happened and ask for a authentic and reliable answer. Even if they say it is changed ask what about if i am charged for downloading, make sure you are left with no doubts.

    look in the telephone directory provided by BSNL.

    i recently migrated from 750+ to 1350+ and its been 2 months since then my portal still shows the same old 750+ plan where as my speed has been changed to 512kbps

    You should not download heavyly if your order status does not changes to provisioned

    Surely your telephone bill should have shown Rs 1350/= as
    BB usage rent P.M.
    Confirm this and you have some proof your plan has been changed.

    Since both plans are unlimited ( except for speed variation)
    you can d/l as usual, , You cannot be charged for data usage in either plan !

    ( Any difference in free Telephone calls allowed ? please recheck )
    Confirm , this month, when the telephone bill is issued for feb /2009.
