Thread: Just Got the Connection. How to?

I just got my Bsnl bb connection. (Home 500 C Plan.) And when i check my usage details after downloading 20 mb i cant find anything

It says : No Usage Records Found For MAR-2009

My modem model is : UTSTARCOM WA3002G4

1) So my question is how long does it take to reflect usage details in my account.

2) And to use night Unlimited feature, i have to just disconnect and reconnect using my BSNL icon created or i have to switch off and on modem

3) what are the and where to find my login details to use bsnl mail account


4) And here is SNR shot, is everything good

any answer

1. As per my experience it may take upto 2 days for the records to appear. It may be upated after each disconnect/connect circle.

2. As you are in bridge mode you have to just disconnect and reconnect.

3. I never used the email a/c and the same was not given by BSNL people.

4. Everything seems good. If you have frequent disconnection prblem, diable ADSL2+.
