iam using w3002G4 modem,my download speed is 10-20 kpb/s,can anyone tell me how to increase the speed of this particular modem,pls help

tell me which plan u r using

which ever plan you are using...the least BSNL provides is 256kbps plan... even in that you should be getting around 30kBps.... please check that if you are downloading just in windows and not using any download accelerators that will be the speed you get.... instead try using any download accelerator or try using mozilla web browser it has a built-in DA... in that i guess you should get the speed you can....
