I am in a big problem with my BB usage. I am using BSNL 500C+ plan. The problem is on Feb 28 at 4PM, I checked my portal and found that the net chargable volume is nearly 1.5 GB. Then I started downloading as my free qouta is 2.5 GB. and Upto 11:57PM I have downloaded another 905MB. Today I again checked my portal and found that, My billed usage for the month of Feb is 1.5 GB (nearly) and the rest 905MB usage is grouped under Feb Unbilled. again for the month of March my unbiled amount is 127MB.

Now my question is that:
1. Will BSNL consider my 905MB unbilled usage as my 2.5GB free usage for the month of Feb in the next bill or this 905MB Usage will be deducted from the free usage from the month of March.?

2. To whom should I contact for the clarification or any one from you have faced same issue earlier and how it was solved?

Just check whether yours is Home500C+ or Home500C from records you have. they are different palns and Home 500C has only 1.5GB

Now just wait couple of days normally BSNL portal site did not show some usage in the first week of the month may be it will add (28th February's record) later or portal did the mistake any way what i said BSNL bill creation department never follow the portal record when they create bill.So just wait one week and see your February usage record & March unbilled record after another week if it's fine then i think you can download upto 2.5 GB as your free usage in March also (because it's only showing 127 MB now).
If you wish you can also consult with BSNL customer care section may be they can clear your dispute.

I know the difference between 500C+ and 500C. Accordingly I request BSNL to provide me 500C+ plan. If they provide me 500C plan then I shall not pay a single paisa to them & If needed, I am ready to go upto The Hon'ble Supreme Court.

I hope you did check your plan in BSNL bbservice site 'plan option'.So don't need to confuse i think BSNL will never charge you as Home 500C if your plan is already in Home 500 C+ from last few month.

Yes, I am 100% sure that I am in 500C+ as the plan change request to BSNL server was sent from the exchange in front of me, Here I want to know only about the rest usage which grouped under Unbilled usage. I am not getting a huge bill, that I know but if the unbilled amount is adjusted with the usage limit of March then I have to control my March Usage. Thats all.

Feb usage upto 28th feb 2359 or 1159PM will add to Feb Usage.

Will it be added to this coming bill or the unbilled amount of usage will be managed in the next month bill by

while i understand your concern, why not check the records as to what you applied and what they sanctioned-- then give a written complaint with support documents to the Accounts officer concerned.
