    Default monitoring usage

    hiiiiiii
    i have recently changed from h750ul to h500c due to speed issues.how do i monitor the data usage....r there any tools for it ...as i have a limit of 1.5 gb for a month

    You should ask for 14 digit portal id of ur connection by calling BSNL's customer care at 1500. That portal id with the password you connect can be used to login at BSNL - Broadband Account Management to track ur usage!

    U can also go to dataone.inDataone WebMail, click on check account Usage Tab and login using the Username and Password they provided you with.

    Alternatively to visualize your data usage there is a software called dataone bandwidth. download it from shaplus.com/dataone/How to find Monthly Dataone bandwidth usage. Its self expalanatory

    If you ar using firefox, you can add a plugin called datafox which will show the usage automatically. There is a post in this forum regarding this.

    thank you amzi.....the shaplus tools are very good ,the bandwith meter checks the total usage and displays it.which helps us a lot to check whether you have crossed the limit or not
