    Start Time
    (DD-MM-YYYY)
    08-03-2009 01:59:56 AM
    Stop Time
    (DD-MM-YYYY)
    08-03-2009 02:29:56 AM
    Download(KB) 250582

    Total Units(KB) 260767
    Duration(HH:MM:SS) 00:30:00
Chargeable Units(KB) Excluding Night Unlimited 260767KB

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THE DURATION 01:59:56 AM TO 02:29:56 AM WHICH NORMALLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE , INFACT THE USAGE DATA IS SHOWING IT.DOES THIS IMPLY THAT I MAY END UP PAYING FOR THAT 260MB WHICH I HAVE USED DURING FREE HOURS

The free hours are from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM. You need to connect to internet after 2:00 AM and disconnect before 8:00 AM to use the Night Unlimited option. Or it will be calculated as normal data transfer.

actually the problem lies with the start time as your start time is before (exact) 2:00 a.m. thus you are being charged for it ...........
anyways i think you would have to pay for this ........ infact i had also faced the same problem but then you can also complain about the problem to BSNL and yeah it's the problem at there end but i guess you would be charged for it as they will quote that your start time is before 2:00a.m.
this problem of your could have been avoided by rebooting the modem .....
anyways i would surely suggest you to complain about this as this would raise awarness about their faulty usage monitoring and measuring system as it turns out to be an non-automated one that to in this era of technology ............
