Thread: merits,demerits and solution for bsnl broad band

for those who are caught up in two minds whether to go for bsnl broadband or not consider these points and make up your mind.

MERITS:-

1. almost 0% downtime,very rarley BB goes down i been using it for 3yrs and only downtime was like 3hrs only once..always upto the mark.

2. since BB is run by government it has aims and goals to achive maximum broadband penetration in the country because it wants to compete globally.

3.the intention of bsnl is the welfare of people schemes introduced by bsnl are for the welfare of people rather then for making their own profit like the private isp's in india.

4.because it is owned by government BB policies and schemes dont change very often (like fup by other ips's).

5. the BB scheme are cheap and 'poora paisa vasool', home 500 is still the best and unbeatable

DEMERITS:-

1.worst draw back of bsnl is there customer care

2.the people appointed in bsnl since 18th century still haven't retired...and they think its not necessary to get trained in the broadband department.

3.cable laid by bsnl aren't good enough,faulty cables line is the common problem in BB,one or the other way they get ruptured which affects our broadband

4. don't except a beautiful woman on the reception when u enter a bsnl office as i said they have age old people working there who should not only have been retired but also be dead by now.

SOLUTION FOR DEMERITS:-

1. most of the BB problem occurs due to faulty lines so the good old solution in india is 'BRIBE'....yes money can make wonders on people and lure them in doing anything,bribe the 'babus' and see that your problem is solved in no time

2. if don't want to bribe them then get in touch with your area line man..kiss up to him always....and then see the difference.

3. if you pay them more bribe then they will kiss up to you and get your work done.

i agree with the "BRIBE" part.......it works, ive tried it......but they get tooo greedy at times
