So far my knowledge concern. This is not possible. at least this is not available i my telecom circle

the Kolkata circle used to have 1962 for the dynamic meter reading service. (chargeable call).
not sure if its still there or is available in other circles.

Please let us know your city. In Karnataka, we dial 1669 that give us latest meter reading from which we can know how many calls are made and how much remains to be. In any case, asking your exchange,or directory enquiry should help, regards

The facility to check your usage status is not available all over India. It's limited to a few states.
