Confirm you have already done this.

you need to access the BSNL BB in your phone.

i have done configuring as mentioned in the link but still.....i cant connect my phone with the modem

If your wireless modem is working fine it should be possible to access internet on phone. as essbebe suggested first step is to confirm that you can access internet wirelessly on your PC or laptop. You need to create an access point on N91 before which you can access internet on phone. Use the WLAN wizard on the phone to create this access point.

Accessing folder/files in the PC from phone is not that straight forward. I dont think nokia has shipped anything with the Symbian OS. you may need to install third party applications like the popular SymSMB to do file sharing...hope this helps ...
