Rep Power: 1  |  BSNL says Type III and Type IV Modem aren't Available. Which Router shd i purchase? Hello all, I am right now in Tokyo. WIll head back to hyderabad soon. My Father yesterday went to BSNL Office. They told that TYPE III and TYPE IV Modems aren't available. I needed Type IV Modem. Alternatively i Can purchase from the markeT Can any body suggest a modem/router company name with Model Number. The Modem/Router needs to have : - 2-4 Ethernet ports. - Wireless Capability. Do let me know. BTW i am going for UL 1350 Plan. Is there any other UL Plan that is more than 512 kbps? |

Rep Power: 1 | Hi, My dad and brother went to the shop today to purchase the modem. THey are purchasing Linksys WAG54G2. Price is around 3400/- Is this modem good and price ok? |

Rep Power: 2  | Rs. 3,400/- is a good price for the Linksys WAG54G2. Last month when I enquired around lamington Road, it was going for 3,500/-. You can also check out the other models as below: Netgear DG834G - Rs. 3,000/- (This is the one I'm using right now and it rocks completely!) Pronet - 2,600/- Dlink 2640T - 3,500/- |

Rep Power: 0 | You have 2 choices. one is buy the wifi equipied adsl modem and second one is buy normal adsl modem and purchase a wireless router and connect it to modem. |
