I guess you dont know that those line men's who are working are not of Central Govt employees. BSNL is a private contracting sector now, the line men's are working on daily wages basis... their pay is 90 RS / day.....

and i dont have to bribe them to get my work done..! all these years i have not paid them even a single penny apart from the bill. I gave them 50 RS each for their prompt service and sincerity. They could have easily said that they will repair it later. To give me a line they made me wait for 6 months as my house is in remote place...! they had to put 700 mts cable and now after BSNL has become a private contracting sector even if they need cable the company will ask them how much revenue will it generate...!

The company is Govt sector but no all the employees ! So i suggest before judging the people know the facts...!
