    Default BSNL Broadband Account Manager went kaput

    i just got my h500c plan this month and the usage details were showing correctly till yday. now it says No Usage Records Found For MAR-2009. what does this mean???

    am checking my usage using bbservice.bsnl.in

    From yesterday BSNL server does not working properly due to regular maintenance.I am also facing such problem. Now, don't worry as a new user you would not know such thing but BSNL did this thing once in every month.
    I think you are getting such messages

    Dear Node-In-Charge,Plan change advice note entry,view usage,activations,suspension,reactivation and termination activities will not happen from 22.00hrs on 13-March-2009 to 18.00hrs on 14-March-2009 due to regular maintenance activity.Regret for the inconvenience
    so they wont count downloads during this time ???

    No, no they will count the download at that time also.

    Usage portal is not opening at all for me though I tried many times (NOTE from my connection I was not able to check my usage at the usage portal right from beginning except very few occations, but from hathway or you telecom I am able to check my BSNL usage! strange!). But my advice is @rupu1983 said that the usage during this period will be definitely counted and shown when the service is back.

    This happens all the time due to heavy traffic encountered by the portal page. You should try again after a few hours (or maybe the next day!).

    Switch between billed and unbilled usage.May be you choose billed usage.

    yes he is correct! try after some time.I too faced the problem many times

    usage details are not avalable during bill generation (few days every month)
