Thread: usage limit problem

Hello everyone , now i am using home 500c plan in which usage limit is 1500mb. Now i have seen bsnl usage portal it shows that i have used only 1300 mb but bsnl has already sent me a warning that i have used all the limits and further uses will be charged. How to solve this problem????

I am under plan 500C since 1st Feb 2009. So far I didn't receive any warnings,though my usage for last month was above 1.4 gb, may be the same will be send to the BSNL webmail id but I never accessed the same so far. I was not able access my BSNL mail (nobody require nowadays).

If possible then contact with your local or zonal area exchange because sometimes portal site record differ with BSNL internal record (it happen with me) so better to ask them.
