    Not possible.

two BB account to give me 4mbps connection...
Will not work on single telephone line.
Speed will not add up even otherwise.
one modem with usb and other with lan
WHY ? not to same computer !!!!

    Para two :
What you want to do is like, from Phone 23456789
    ( BB IP 117.23.34.45 will change ))
you dial 23455567 ( gateway 117.45.45.45) and talk.
Another dials 23456666 ( BB IP 117.23.45.67 and connect to Gateway 117.45.45.45.) and talk at the same time !
Check IP for each connection, one by one.

Note all IP addresses/phone numbers are not related to BSNL. random numbers)

    Your PHONE: 22334455
Location 1 modem 1 userID hariraj PW 123hari connected. IP 117.11.22.33
    Location 2: modem 2 ( Phone No Different ? ) hariraj PW 123hari
    connected. IP 117.22.33.44
Internet working at both locations at same time
    for same user.
Check Usage portal, how data is accounted.

I have no idea how this is possible. ( except may be your BB
connection is not "Port " binded )

Seems you USE SINGLE telephone line + 2 modems+2 BSNL accts ( one yours and another relative's)+ONE computer and surf./downloads

2.At the SAME time somewhere else with DIFFERENT Phone No your relative accesses the InterNET.

3.SO Phone 1: 2 userIDs P and Q used at the same time.

    4........Phone 2 : 1 user ID Q at same time Working.

5.MY relative Q CAN also use my acct P at his location.

    6. Use ""DialuP" mode and log in twice with X and Y!

unles u are using specialised fancy (and costly) hardware and software for load balancing (as used in call centres etc) , even if u connect 1 system to two internet connection, only one would work at a time. So u can never "combine" the speeds.

Dlink Wireless router 4 lan 1 Wan

(I tried in single acc before )connected the modem usb in system and Lan to wireless router and to the system Lan port Two connection established in my system then i bridged the 2 network after a sec both my modem and wireless router synchronized each other (lan indicator started flickering faster ) i tried downloading only 2 mbps top most speed ..... what im asking is can i connect two modem with diff acc in single Ph line ....so after that i can synchronize in the system itself.......is it possible in dial up mode

Same account at the same time can be use from two different location at the Ip address of 117 if the account is not binded, but not possible to connect two different ADSL Modem at the same time in one Phone line.
The question is why it is not possible to connect same account at the same time from two different location at the IP of 59 while the account is not binded.
Not possible to describe it here.
