Thread: BSNL BROADBAND with modem DATAONE WA3002GL

Desr Sir, I am facing the problem for the last few days. Ny system was working fine. I used the DNS server address as given in the DATAONE brouchure - 91.1.96.69 & 91.1.96.71. I got help from BSNL's Sri. Harsha - to set right my connectivity problem. It was working well. Suddenly some snag developped. My problem is :-

1. I get connected to GMAIL & YAHOO mail. When I want to close, sometimes it gives error "THIS WEB PAGE COULD BE FOUND"......
2. Some of the sites like - icicibank.com, citibank...irctc.. is not opening at all.
3. Wireless connectivity is UTSTARCOM - but it always stays - NOT CONNECTED. -Adapter used - Atheros AR500GS wireless network...
4. I changed and checked with the DNS server address suggested in this forum - still nothing happned.

Please help me to resolve this problem. I am not technically qualified and a senior citizen - using the system - internet for useful purposes in varios activities.

Please mention your WIFI modem/router number correctly.
There are various UTSTAR models supplied by BSNL.
for reference see this web site and follow the instructions.
If possible take print out. to follow the screen shots.

In case any difficulty please report error message.

If still Not getting connected please give following data.
Click START
Select RUN
type cmd
new page will open
type ipconfig /all
Copy Paste the info here for
further help by members.
